Efluenz, an innovative influencer marketing agency, is seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing your client portfolio, and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Prospecting and developing new partnerships with brands.
• Full sales cycle management, from prospecting to contract closure.
• Building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring exceptional service.
• Taking briefs and proposing strategies for influencer marketing development.
• Sales tracking, upselling to recurring clients, and fostering client loyalty.
• Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Working independently while closely collaborating with the Efluenz team.
• Develop trusting relationships with Belgian advertising agencies.
• Collaborate with the Rossel press group, of which Efluenz is a member.
• Successful sales experience, preferably in the influencer marketing field.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a strong focus on results.
• Knowledge of the influencer market is an advantage.
• Motivation to stay informed about influencer marketing trends.
