You will work with a carefully selected, diverse and globally distributed team from customer success, engineering, data science, design, product and more. We are highly motivated and aligned in our quest to disrupt the multi-billion dollar ad-tech industry.

As our Working Student HR, you will be responsible for two main topics: making our Berlin office the best place for our team as well as supporting the People & Culture team in executing exciting tasks like recruiting and onboarding. You will gain an insight into the day-to-day business and get to know different areas of the HR work.
This position will be based in Berlin, Germany with the option to work remotely on some days after the first three months have passed.
Create and coordinate events for our team and manage all types of vendors to make our office an amazing place to be
Support the People & Culture team in onboarding our new joiners, especially helping your new colleagues from all over the world untangling Germany's bureaucratic jungle
Support on office-related topics and activities as necessary (e.g. offline mail, vendor handling, activity hosting, etc.)
Be part of the initiatives to improve work experience at Kayzen: be a key member to implement Employer Branding actions, handle the daily communication around HR topics with our team, and be the main point of contact for those Kayzenians who visit us from all over the globe!
You are an enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) majoring in human resources, business administration, psychology or comparable
You bring a passion for HR and / or you already have some practical experience in the field of HR / office management (experience in a fast-paced / startup environment is a big plus)
You are computer savvy and are not afraid of finding your way into new tools
You like to take ownership, and you are characterized by your high level of motivation and energy
Excellent organizational communication and written skills with a positive and collaborative attitude
You feel comfortable in an international environment, and you are fluent in English and German
