Hello ๐Ÿ‘‹ I am Servesh, Co-Founder and CTO of Kayzen, and I am now looking for a Technical Program Manager who will be reporting directly to me and working very closely with our Engineering & Product Team (e.g. Amar, Nishant, Heiko, Puneet) ๐Ÿ™Œ

In short, Kayzen is a B2B SaaS platform that allows companies to reach users with video and rich media ads while they use mobile apps.
We are a 65-people international team, working flexibly across 8 different countries:

In Kayzen, our Technical Program Manager is responsible for managing projects. They work closely with our co-founders and other team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.


How would I describe the engineering challenges @ Kayzen?

We have to deal with >100bn ad requests from 1bn+ unique users worldwide on a daily basis.

  • Lead project teams of various sizes involving projects of high complexities

  • Handling and managing data heavy projects

  • These projects cut across various teams like data science, machine learning, engineering and product management

How would I describe the culture within the engineering team?

  • Discuss potential projects and their parameters with internal teams, stakeholders, and developers.

  • Planning out the blueprints for projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.

  • Assembling and leading the project teams.

  • Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.

  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.

  • Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

  • Hands-on experience with managing big-data/data-science projects

  • Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.

  • Excellent technical knowledge.

  • Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

  • Well-versed with project management and related tools.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

  • Knowledge of Project management using JIRA is a plus.

  • Previous experience with ad tech is a plus.
