AdaCore is seeking a talented and highly-motivated “Service and Mentorship Engineer”. 

As a Mentor you will utilize the skills you’ve acquired in your 5 to 10 years of embedded software development to help new, and prospective, customers in their adoption of our products. As a Service Engineer, you will also be responsible for targeted customer development contracts.

You will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the point person between AdaCore and assigned customers during mentorships and evaluations;
  • Participating to customer-specific software development activities.
  • Investigate and prototype new technologies
  • Understanding each customer's and project's unique challenges and how best we can help address them;
  • Organizing and / or delivering on-site follow-up and consulting;
  • Organizing and / or delivering on-site customer training;
  • Developing representative code and processes in customer context to demonstrate technology usage;


  • 5 to 10 years in embedded software development;
  • C and C++;
  • Highly motivated to learn about leading edge technologies;
  • Strong communication and human interaction abilities;
  • Ability to work in a team environment;
  • Excellent listening, presentation and public speaking ability;
  • Though not strictly necessary, knowledge of Ada is a plus;
