We are a B2B SaaS platform that allows companies to run mobile programmatic marketing in-house.

Programmatic marketing, put simply, is the process of automating the buying and selling of digital ads in real-time. Programmatic in-housing takes this one step further by allowing advertisers to fully own the technology stack and skills required in this process.

Programmatic in-housing is still in its early days of adoption in the mobile advertising market. This is where we have an impact!

You will work with a carefully selected, diverse and globally distributed team from customer success, engineering, data science, design, product and more. We are highly motivated and aligned in our quest to disrupt the multi-billion dollar ad-tech industry.

We would like you to be part of our journey, as our (Senior) Technical Recruiter (m/f/d).

 

The Role

As our Technical Recruiter, your primary focus will be to end-to-end recruit the best technical talents (Product, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science) from multiple channels. You have the opportunity to create a lasting impact not only on the company’s success but also on our people and even external stakeholders. We believe that high-performance outcomes are starting from hiring top talents. 

Apart from your primary tasks, we expect you to have a growth mindset on contributing to Kayzen’s success beyond your direct scope of responsibilities.

Since this role will be closely collaborating with our CTO/Co-Founder in Bangalore, we are open to candidates who can work in Bangalore/around Indian time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Be the strategic partner with the founders and hiring managers

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates by providing a superior candidate experience

  • Take ownership of your projects and drive a full-cycle talent acquisition

  • Track, analyze, and regularly report your own recruiting budget and KPIs (e.g. LinkedIn Ads Spend)

  • Provide guidance to external recruiters in achieving our hiring goals

  • Take different initiatives in building the recruiting culture of Kayzen (e.g. employer branding, employee referral, campus recruitment)

 

What you bring

  • 3 to 7 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience for highly scaling tech companies. 

  • Previous experience in setting up and managing ATS system

  • Previous experience in recruiting in India is a big plus

  • Previous experience in employer branding and campus recruitment is a big plus

  • An ambitious professional who is energetic and motivated for a career-defining role in a fast-growing startup

  • Excellent organisational, communication and storytelling skills with a positive and collaborative attitude

  • Ability to listen and a high level of empathy for people’s needs, desires and suggestions
