You will work with a carefully selected, diverse and globally distributed team from customer success, engineering, data science, design, product and more. We are highly motivated and aligned in our quest to disrupt the multi-billion dollar ad-tech industry.
We would like you to be part of our journey, as our (Senior) Technical Recruiter (m/f/d).
As our Technical Recruiter, your primary focus will be to end-to-end recruit the best technical talents (Product, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science) from multiple channels. You have the opportunity to create a lasting impact not only on the company’s success but also on our people and even external stakeholders. We believe that high-performance outcomes are starting from hiring top talents.
Apart from your primary tasks, we expect you to have a growth mindset on contributing to Kayzen’s success beyond your direct scope of responsibilities.
Since this role will be closely collaborating with our CTO/Co-Founder in Bangalore, we are open to candidates who can work in Bangalore/around Indian time zones.
Be the strategic partner with the founders and hiring managers
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates by providing a superior candidate experience
Take ownership of your projects and drive a full-cycle talent acquisition
Track, analyze, and regularly report your own recruiting budget and KPIs (e.g. LinkedIn Ads Spend)
Provide guidance to external recruiters in achieving our hiring goals
Take different initiatives in building the recruiting culture of Kayzen (e.g. employer branding, employee referral, campus recruitment)
What you bring
3 to 7 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience for highly scaling tech companies.
Previous experience in setting up and managing ATS system
Previous experience in recruiting in India is a big plus
Previous experience in employer branding and campus recruitment is a big plus
