Programmatic marketing, put simply, is the process of automating the buying and selling of digital ads in real-time. Programmatic in-housing takes this one step further by allowing advertisers to fully own the technology stack and skills required in this process.

The Team
You will work with a carefully selected, diverse and globally distributed team from customer success, engineering, data science, design, product and more. We are highly motivated and aligned in our quest to disrupt the multi-billion dollar ad-tech industry.
We would like you to be part of our journey, as our Senior Product Manager (m/f/d).
The Role
As our Senior Product Manager, you will report directly to our CPO/Co-Founder. Your primary focus will be on guiding and aligning product initiatives from inceptions through delivery. Hence, your previous adtech experience will be vital for you to create an immediate impact from Day 1. Apart from your primary tasks, we would love to see you have a growth mindset on contributing to Kayzen’s success.
Responsibilities
Partner with customers and business stakeholders to understand explicit and latent needs to define and build market-leading ad-tech products
Prioritize product features, author and review Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
Run and own the product development process by working closely with all stakeholders to accelerate the pace and quality of execution
Perform competitive analysis and use insights gained to drive prioritization decisions
Engage closely with engineering and design teams to help determine the best technology and user experience implementation and reasonable execution schedule
Engage closely with Data Science and Data Analytics team to come up with new features that move the product forward by 10X
Partner with business stakeholders around launch planning, roadshows, customer training and support
Being hands-on and able to go deep into both technical and business fronts
Key Qualifications
Prior product management experience in the ad-tech space
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Market knowledge of the digital advertising industry and understanding of advertising technology stack like real-time bidding, ad serving, programmatic is a big plus
Astute prioritization and decision-making skills. Knows how to build a shared vision with tough choices and tradeoffs, balancing long-term vs. short-term objectives
Great work ethics and being results-oriented, with a high level of initiative and assertiveness
Enjoys working in a start-up environment
