AdaCore is looking for a Salesforce CRM developer to join our team. He or she will be responsible for the development, configuration and maintenance of our existing Salesforce platform.

As part of our IT Enterprise Tooling team, you will be assisting our various Engineering, Sales, Marketing or Finance departments in the use of our enterprise tools, providing technological solutions to improve workflows, analyze and implement departments needs, promoting best practices and guiding decision making.   
 

In the IT Enterprise Tooling team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing new features or functionality according to business needs

  • Working with business users to gather requirements and understand business processes

  • Writing code to extend the functionality of the CRM

  • Writing unit tests and integration tests for customizations

  • Writing documentation and providing training for customizations

  • Creating reports about business activities to help business decision making

  • Following Salesforce CRM upgrades closely and troubleshooting related issues

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field

  • Expertise with Salesforce development tools, including Apex and Lightning

  • Strong understanding of relational databases (Postgresql, MySQL, Oracle) and data modeling concepts

  • Proficient in Java, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS

  • Ability to manage multiple/conflicting priorities and allocate resources

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong teamwork skills, willingness to share, discuss and improve and be able to work with a distributed team in worldwide time zones

  • Ability to work autonomously and to collaborate with remote teammates.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Certified Developer credential

  • Experience with other CRM platforms (Zendesk or HubSpot,…)

  • Working knowledge of web application frameworks (e.g., AngularJS, ReactJS)

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes
