As our new specialist within the payroll area you get the opportunity to work with stakeholders both internally and externally all across Europe, providing comprehensive payroll setups to our customers through the features of our Workforce Management Solution.

Your role in the company 

A typical workweek will consist of working with salary related cases. You get to map out and analyze salary related requirements from customers and provide internal support across all Customer Services departments. You will be responsible for the setup of payroll solutions for all new and current customers. A key player for the team and customers.”

 You will be responsible for: 

  • Ownership of all salary cases which cannot be solved by normal resources 

  • Primary link between customer support & product team on all salary related matters 

  • Smoothen out process and decrease challenges in customer support for salary related matters going forward 

 

If a salary case cannot be solved up front, you will be responsible for analyzing needs, planning, and executing solutions together with relevant stakeholders within customer support and the product team. You will not have a specific portfolio but instead you will work across accounts as the specialist within salary.   

 

Your profile 

You have a professional and structured approach and take responsibility. As a person you are outgoing, and you master stakeholder management at all levels in the organization. You have a highly analytical mindset, that you use to structure a well-organized project plan. As a person you are trustworthy, and you thrive when you transcend the regular customer relations and instead reach a long-term collaboration. Since you will need to target your message to the specific customer in question, good communication is key. Furthermore, it is important that you meet the following requirements: 

  • Minimum 3 years of Payroll and/or HR administration experience 

  • You have impeccable skills in written and oral Danish and English  

 

Your background could be as a payroll accountant, a financial profile or something similar, but we are open towards a person with the right skill- and mindset. If you match these, you will be the perfect match for the position.
