Position Description:

To support our further growth, we are looking for a Regional Service Coordinator (m/f/x) to join our Corporate Group in Brussels, Belgium. The position serves as the “center” of all regional service activity. The position coordinates the delivery of service, both short term and long term, within the region and assists the Regional Service Manager to drive improvement programs (both personnel and equipment) to improve customer system performance and uptime.

The position reports to the FPD Regional Service Manager based in Brussels.


Further Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day to day service delivery within the region EAMER
    • Familiar with all NX customers, their service status as well as overall business within the region (direct and indirect)
    • Interfaces with Kodak and dealers on a daily basis to know all current activity
    • Monitors performance, escalates non-performance, gathers information for periodic reviews with customers/dealers to assess performance and create performance plans
    • Answers internal and external questions regarding service delivery
    • Maintains customer configurations – plans and coordinates field change orders and upgrades (direct and indirect)
    • Maintains summary of trained personnel, coordinates training programs and escalates issues with direct/indirect training of personnel
    • Fully competent in-service contract status and generation – assists sales and service personnel with contracts.
    • Fully functional in internal systems (SAP, Kadence, MMIS, SFDC, KV)
    • Represents FPD in installation planning and activity meeting, drives zero defect goal within installation and start-up activities (both direct and indirect)
  • Provides feedback on a WW basis to improve service delivery including voice of the customer.
  • Provides backup support to the customer care organization – fully capable of fulfilling the customer care specialist and manager position on an as-needed basis to support vacation/absence/overflow work
  • Key participant of the FPD Regional Service Team

Your profile:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-6 years work experience with a minimum of 5 years in customer service
  • Graphic / Flexco business experience is a plus
  • ERP System experience
  • Track record of high quality performance and results
  • Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent inter-personnel skills
  • Strong oral & verbal communication
  • Flexibility in daily work assignment
  • Regional Travel required – 25 – 50%
  • English, French and German language skills is a must; other European language skills are of advantage
