We would like you to be part of our journey, as our Programmatic Success Specialist (Media Buyers) (m/f/d).
As our Programmatic Success Specialist (Media Buyers), your primary focus will be to consult clients from the media buyer customer segment. You will manage a portfolio of big-spending clients, help them define their strategies and leverage internal resources (e.g. Data Analyst, Campaign Analyst) to support them along the way. Apart from your primary tasks, we expect you to have a growth mindset on contributing to Kayzen’s success beyond your direct scope of responsibilities.

Act as a consultant for clients in the onboarding phase and setup phase
Manage a portfolio of big-spending clients, help them define their strategies and leverage internal resources to help them achieve their goals
Analyze the campaign results using the Kayzen platform and help your customers improving and scaling the campaigns by giving data-informed advice
Dig into log-level data to understand issues and opportunities that require deeper data analysis to unveil
Troubleshoot and report on issues to the tech and product team to help them improve our platform. Collaborate with the product team on product’s improvements
Foster deep relationships and strategically develop your key accounts
Working on processes to create repeatable and scalable success (e.g. best practices, client-facing guides/documentation))
3+ years of experience in the mobile media buying industry with a hands-on approach. Ideally proven track record of growing sustainable business relations with large media buyers
Deep understanding of attribution, ad inventory (different creative formats) and the mobile advertising market in general and a good basic understanding of programmatic (RTB)
Strong relationship building skills
Understanding of key statistical concepts and a high level of analytical abilities
Very strong communication skills both verbal and written, ability to explain concepts, observations, learnings and conclusions obtained from data
High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities, a self-starter with goal-driven focus who can work independently and get-things-done
Fluency in English
