As a presales consultant, you are the specialist of our Talentsoft product.

Using your functional and technical knowledge of the product and strong redactional skills, you will address customers’ needs and play a key role in the bidding process, providing detailed functional and technical product specifications in a contextualized and accurate manner.

You’ll be in charge of:

  • Respond to Request for Information and Request for Proposal (RFI and RFP)
  • Prepare and personalize our application for demos/POC, whenever necessary, to meet customers specifics expectations / Coordinate internal technical resources for customer prototypes
  • Organize and update sales materials and marketing collateral

To succeed in this position, you will need to be a motivated self-starter who takes his/her own initiative in making things happen and can think outside the box.

Communication skills are key as you will be spending time sharing information and feedback with your colleagues in the sales, product, and marketing teams.

Since you will be dealing with a wide variety of prospective customers, you will also need to be creative and flexible enough to adapt your approach based on the size, scope, and nature of the organizations you present to.

 

Candidate Profile

Required competencies:

  • Bilingual German / English. Good level of French would be a big advantage
  • Comfortable with working with software and technology and able to communicate with IT and HR managers about their needs and technical requirements
  • Good analysis skills to successfully match client needs to Talentsoft features
  • Good IT background and willing to learn
  • Strong writing, communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong customer focus and good selling approach
  • Self-starter
