Hello 👋 I am Tim, Founder and CEO of Kayzen, and I am now looking for a People and Culture Lead who will be reporting directly to me and taking over the ownership and leadership of our People and Culture topics 🙌


But wait, you have not heard of Kayzen before? 😃 

  • In short, Kayzen is a B2B SaaS platform that allows companies to run mobile in-app programmatic marketing in-house


Your first time hearing the term “programmatic marketing”?

  • Programmatic marketing, put simply, is the process of automating the buying and selling of digital ads in real-time. 
  • When we talk about programmatic marketing in-house, it means taking this one step further by allowing our clients (i.e. advertisers) to fully own the technology stack and skills required in this process (rather than having too many vendors and middlemen who are not transparent and efficient in between).


This is where we need your help

  • From onboarding, L&D, and retention to company culture, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the best Kayzen employee experience.
  • Given that we are at the stage of scaling up Kayzen, your skills in business partnering with senior stakeholders, as well as previous experience in topics like organizational design and career development, will be crucial.


You could be a great fit if…

  • You have both a curiosity and an execution mindset in shaping our global company culture with a hybrid setup of remote-first Kayzenians who work from various locations (e.g. Berlin, Bangalore, London, Buenos Aires)

  • You are leading/have previously built and led an HR/People Team

  • You have previous hands-on experience in developing and managing processes like developing organizational design, career development framework, and best-in-class onboarding

  • (Not a must-have but a just nice-to-have) - You speak fluent German and you are familiar with German labour law (as our HQ is in Berlin.)


Sounds like you?

  • Extensive experience in HR and People Teams, in which some of them are within highly scaling tech companies

  • Have a Degree in Human Resources and/or Organizational Psychology

  • An ambitious professional who is motivated for a career-defining role in a fast-growing startup

  • Have excellent organizational, communication and storytelling skills with a positive and collaborative attitude

  • Have the ability to listen and a high level of empathy for people’s needs, desires and suggestions
