Programmatic marketing, put simply, is the process of automating the buying and selling of digital ads in real-time. Programmatic in-housing takes this one step further by allowing advertisers to fully own the technology stack and skills required in this process.

You will work with a carefully selected, diverse and globally distributed team from customer success, engineering, data science, design, product and more. We are highly motivated and aligned in our quest to disrupt the multi-billion dollar ad-tech industry.
We would like you to be part of our journey, as our mCommerce Lead (m/f/d).
As our mCommerce Lead, you will report directly to our CEO. Your primary focus will be driving both product and business development of our new product line on Mcommerce. Hence, your previous experience in mCommerce will be vital for you to create an immediate impact from Day 1. Apart from your primary tasks, we would love to see you have a growth mindset on contributing to Kayzen’s success.
Since our CEO is based in Berlin and other key product team and customer success team members are located globally, we are open to a remote setup of this position.
P&L ownership for the mCommerce advertiser segment within Kayzen’s overall business
Map the relevant mCommerce landscape for Kayzen
Define priority on segments to be developed in collaboration with relevant merchants and Kayzen Business Team
Define a go-to market strategy for mCommerce products of Kayzen
Work with product team to develop and enhance relevant features for merchants
5+ years mCommerce/e-Commerce industry experience
Previous work experience in adtech (and programmatic advertising in particular) is a big-plus
Previous experience in building and leading teams
Strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
Great work ethics, results orientation, persuasiveness and high level of initiative and assertiveness
Enjoys working in a start-up environment
