Hello 👋 I am Tim, Founder and CEO of Kayzen, and I am now looking for a Marketing Lead who will be reporting directly to me and taking over the ownership and leadership of our Marketing topics 🙌

In short, Kayzen is a B2B SaaS platform that allows app developers and game developers to reach users with video and rich media ads while they use mobile apps.

At Kayzen we believe in control, transparency and performance.
Instead of staying within the walled gardens or “black box” managed service advertising platforms, we believe that advertisers should be able to have full transparency and control over their media buying process, their services costs, and being the sole beneficiaries of their data.
Since 2019, we have launched Kayzen as a SaaS platform that enables advertisers to take full control of running their in-app programmatic advertising in-house with unconditional transparency and a fair pricing model.
Today, we are already profitable, with a solid market fit, and being recognised by industry experts (e.g. see part of our action in the UA Society Summit in 2022 here)

This is where we need your help
Although Kayzen already has a solid foundation in sales and marketing (e.g. clear account-based marketing strategy, healthy inbound client flow, and increasing focus on product marketing), there is still a lot of room for improvement in our product marketing, storytelling and co-marketing initiatives.
Therefore, we need an all-rounded marketing leader who can create 🎨 and guide us 🚩 into an even more exciting marketing direction → gearing Kayzen towards the status as the future thought leader of in-app programmatic 📱
You could be a great fit if…
You have led and leveraged a small and effective marketing team of own and external talents (e.g. with vendors/freelancers)
You can translate business needs into meaningful marketing tactics that attract the right clients as leads for our Business Development and Sales Team
You are really good at product marketing
You have developed an account-based marketing strategy before
You can design and manage content marketing activities, such as online webinars and podcasts
You can craft and present Kayzen’s story, brand and messaging

Previous work experience in the adtech/mar-tech industry
Proven track record in B2B product marketing at a startup or scale-up (ideally in adtech/martech space)
Previous work experience in using Hubspot preferred
Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and WordPress
Previous work experience and network in leading co-marketing activities with industry partners
Can communicate cross-functionally across teams with different backgrounds such as product managers, engineers and customer success managers
Native-level English speaker
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment
