Programmatic marketing, put simply, is the process of automating the buying and selling of digital ads in real-time. Programmatic in-housing takes this one step further by allowing advertisers to fully own the technology stack and skills required in this process.

You will work with a carefully selected, diverse and globally distributed team from customer success, engineering, data science, design, product and more. We are highly motivated and aligned in our quest to disrupt the multi-billion dollar ad-tech industry. You will report directly to the CEO.

Who You Are
We are looking for someone who has experience in B2B Product Marketing at a startup or a scale-up, or an equivalent experience in other Marketing and Product roles.
How You'll Make An Impact:
Responsibility for all our marketing activities leveraging a small and effective own team of own and external talent (with vendors/freelancers)
Develop our account-based marketing strategy
Translate business needs into meaningful marketing tactics that attract the right clients as leads for our Business Development and Sales Team
Together with the product team, craft marketing positioning and messaging
Create tools and collateral that drives customers and prospects to take action
Design and manage content marketing activities such as online webinars and podcasts
Craft and present Kayzen’s story, brand and messaging
Work alongside our People & Culture team to craft Kayzen’s Employer Brand
Collaborate with the team to discover innovative marketing tools and emerging trends to accomplish Marketing team objectives.
What Skills And Experience You Will Bring:
Previous work experience in the adtech/mar-tech industry
Minimum of 7 years experience of B2B product marketing at a startup or scale-up with a proven track record (or related experience).
Experience using Hubspot preferred
Experience using various tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn ads, Google ads, and WordPress is a big plus
Design and execute effective co-marketing activities with industry partners of Kayzen
Clear record of successfully launching high-quality B2B marketing campaigns and content
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to sell ideas through creative & innovative presentations
Ability to communicate cross-functionally across teams with different backgrounds such as product managers, engineers and customer success managers
Flexibility to handle multiple projects and changing priorities
Native-level English speaker
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
