Programmatic marketing, put simply, is the process of automating the buying and selling of digital ads in real-time. Programmatic in-housing takes this one step further by allowing advertisers to fully own the technology stack and skills required in this process.

The Team
You will work with a carefully selected, diverse and globally distributed team from customer success, engineering, data science, design, product and more. We are highly motivated and aligned in our quest to disrupt the multi-billion dollar ad-tech industry.
We would like you to be part of our journey, as our Machine Learning Engineer (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
Working on large scale machine learning and data challenges that impact millions of people around the globe
Building a data infrastructure, services and pipelines that make data more accessible to the teams
Developing and maintaining the machine learning pipelines using Docker, Airflow, Spark, and more ml-ops solutions
Maintaining, scaling, and improving our research cluster to support the data-science team
Implementing and optimizing cutting-edge algorithms that work with massive data sets in real-time
Working on a large variety of different tasks, ranging from prediction models, cluster algorithms, optimization problems, to outlier detection
Participate in code and design reviews for our machine learning applications to maintain our high coding standards
This position will play a crucial role in the full product development lifecycle. Machine-learning is the core of our business, and the role will be responsible for supporting our research and moving research to production
Requirements
3+ years of experience handling machine learning solutions and data-pipelines
Excellent coding skills with the attitude of clean code, reproducibility, and testing
Experience with ml-ops tools, data-engineering, and dev-ops
We use Python, TensorFlow, and SQL in our daily work and experience with these technologies is important
Our data pipelines and job management consists of Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, and Docker and you need to be comfortable with managing and improving these pipelines
Familiarity with Linux
Passionate about creating great products and experiences for our customers
A willingness to dive deep, experiment rapidly and get things done
Self starter attitude with a goal-driven mindset
Ad-tech, marketing-tech experience is a big plus
