The AdaCore IT team is looking for an IT Assets Project Manager to help AdaCore scale our various missions.

Working in an international team, you will be responsible for continuously improving the company’s information systems.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating IT Assets project specifications and defining project scope, key activities, deliverables, resource requirements, milestones, and deadlines in coordination with end-users and with other IT teams;

  • Overseeing the deployment of security measures such as securing and hardening user workstations and servers, and monitoring network traffic and intrusion detection;

  • Monitoring the global health, capacity, and performance of company IT systems, and providing relevant notifications;

  • Administratively managing the lifecycle of hardware and software assets;

  • Managing company subscriptions and user accounts on external SaaS Platforms.

 

 Qualifications: 

We expect the following from the applicant:

  • Experience implementing change management within organizations;

  • Experience in project management;

  • Must be able to manage multiple/conflicting priorities, appropriately prioritize and allocate resources;

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English;

  • Strong teamwork skills, willingness to share, discuss and improve and be able to work with a distributed team in worldwide time zones;

  • Knowledge of scripting : bash, python, powershell;

  • Good Networking & Security skills;

  • Knowledge of security standards such as NIST 800-171 or ISO 27001 would be a plus.
