HR Generalist

We are looking for an HR Generalist for our offices in Paris.

Context: 

AdaCore’s teams are geographically distributed and have a multi-cultural spirit where expertise and working together as peers are at the core. Relations are fluid and very collaborative, communication is open and flowing. 

Responsibilities: 

Recruitment and Talent acquisition : 

  • Project lead organization of job fairs in France (and potentially in other European countries) 
  • Recruitment and supervision of interns, being their main HR point of contacts as well as for their mentors
  • Manage the hiring process worldwide for permanent positions (job postings, sourcing, interviews, contracts etc.)
  • Actively Participate in AdaCore specific onboarding process 

HR Development:

  • Provide support to employees and managers in various HR-related topics 
  • Develop ad hoc video trainings on dedicated HR topics
  • Training: manage both company-wide and individual training plans (gathering the annual training requests, organizing training, managing the relationship with the “OPCO”, designing new internal training via our internal training tool etc.)

Project Management: 

  • Support the HR team in the implementation of new projects with high impact for the company, such as: 

    • Inclusion & diversity policies
    • Reduction of the carbon footprint
    • Employer branding policy
    • Etc

Administrative: 

  • Handle all  administrative onboarding and day to day documentation (contracts, trial periods, etc.)
  • Update employee information in various internal databases (contract details, healthcare, leaves, administrative information etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations

And more generally, as a member of the HR Team, you will perform various tasks, projects and support the HR team’s daily activities. 

Skills required

Master Degree graduated, with a first successful full time experience of 2-3 years in an international company as an HR Generalist.
