In short, Kayzen is a B2B SaaS platform that allows companies to reach users with video and rich media ads while they use mobile apps.

Why are we hiring for this position?
Media buyers are one of the main client categories in Kayzen. Even though we have already demonstrated solid and consistent performance in this client category, there is still room for growth in bringing in even more future media-buying clients, and enhancing their user experience and use cases. The main focus of this role would be on bringing in new clientsโฆโฆ
Build strong relationships with leading media buyers in the ad-tech industry
Bring new media buyers on board to work with Kayzen.
Represent Kayzen at industry conferences and evangelize our product to generate interest from top global media buyers to work with Kayzen.
Continuously identify potential sales and marketing bottlenecks and implement relevant improvements
Our Business Team overall works closely with our clients in a consultative mannerโฆ
You can act as a consultant for clients in the onboarding phase and setup phase
You are capable of being hands-on in managing portfolios of big-spending clients and doing campaign analysis
You can collaborate with our Product Team on improving the product experience of our clients
What we are looking forโฆ
Previous experience in managing B2B sales, business development or partnerships holistically with performance marketing products or services, ideally with mobile media buyers/affiliates as customers or partners
Extensive experience in the performance marketing industry with a hands-on approach
A deep understanding of attribution, ad inventory (different creative formats) and the mobile advertising market in general and a good basic understanding of programmatic (RTB) is a plus
Good business acumen with an ability to identify and execute growth opportunities
High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities, a self-starter with a goal-driven focus who can work independently and get-things-don
Team player with good, structured communication skills and proficiency in English
