We are a B2B SaaS platform that allows companies to run mobile programmatic marketing in-house.

Programmatic marketing, put simply, is the process of automating the buying and selling of digital ads in real-time. Programmatic in-housing takes this one step further by allowing advertisers to fully own the technology stack and skills required in this process.

Mobile in-app advertising is only recently opening up to the benefits of Programmatic advertising, thus there are tremendous opportunities to make impact and drive change! . This is where you can contribute.

You will work with a carefully selected, diverse and globally distributed team from customer success, engineering, data science, design, product and more. We are highly motivated and aligned in our quest to disrupt the multi-billion dollar ad-tech industry.

We would like you to be part of our journey, as our Growth and Revenue Lead (m/f/d).


The Role

As our Growth and Revenue Lead, you will report directly to our CEO. Your primary focus will be developing existing revenue channels and opening new opportunities that align with Kayzen’s strategy. Your previous experience as a senior business leader in the adtech or mobile apps industry will be a great starting point to create an immediate impact from Day 1. Apart from your primary tasks, you are welcome to contribute to multiple areas in the organization such as product, data analytics and partnerships. 

Since our CEO is based in Berlin and other key product and customer success team members are located globally, we are open to a remote setup of this position.



  • Work closely with Co-Founders and develop GTM strategies that underpin growth

  • Build strong relationships with leaders within the ad-tech industry and key customers and partners 

  • Identify business opportunities within our existing customer base and develop those use cases to drive growth

  • Actively engage with customers, partners and other market participants to identify and propose new opportunities for revenue growth

  • Understand customer needs and bring in new ideas to the co-founder and products teams on how we can expand our product to add value for customers

  • Continuously identify potential sales and marketing bottlenecks and implement relevant improvements


Key Qualifications

  • Previous business leadership experience in ad-tech or mobile app-development industry

  • Previous experience in managing B2B sales or partnerships holistically with complex products or services 

  • Previous experience in growing high-performing commercial teams (sales, account management, technical implementation)

  • Detail-oriented and process driven with a structured problem-solving attitude and a KPI driven approach.

  • Great work ethics, results-orientation, persuasiveness and high level of initiative and assertiveness

  • Good business acumen with an ability to identify and execute on growth opportunities

  • Enjoys working in a start-up environment
