Your role in the company
You will be handling daily support activities throughout Europe together with the rest of a strong support team. You take responsibility for each of the inbound cases you get, from first customer contact to the cases are solved. You will provide high quality day to day support, handling our customers request fast and making sure our system runs optimally for the customer. Furthermore, your job will include:
Occasionally helping Customer Success Managers with implementation related tasks for new customers or new features of the product
The opportunity to do internally training courses for new support members
Ad hoc tasks related to system translation and system guides
You will be in daily contact with your Team Lead, who will supply you with the right tools for providing high quality support.
You are an outgoing and curious person who possess great people- and communication skills, and you can use this in your daily contact with our customers meeting their needs. Delivering high customer satisfaction motivates you and you are willing to go that extra mile for meeting the customers' needs.
You are diligent in everything you do, but also appreciate that things can move fast, and sometimes you must meet short deadlines. Therefore, flexibility is a natural part of your DNA, and you can stay calm and collected in hectic situations. Furthermore, your competencies include the following:
