The role: 

At AdaCore, we are proud of our mission and the products and services we provide. We’re looking for a Global Marketing Manager to help translate our current and future offerings into a marketing strategy and roadmap to help us present and promote them.

Our ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience, building and project managing marketing roadmaps, and leading a globally distributed team. You will also have expertise in marketing nurturing campaigns, demand and lead generation tactics, corporate/product branding and positioning, implementing go-to-market strategies. A strong understanding of establishing marketing campaign objectives and KPIs, with experience of implementing, reaching and analysing them, is a must. The candidate should be capable of quickly understanding the value proposition of our present and future offerings and their engineering underpinnings. 

After an intensive training and integration period, you will take a central leadership position in the existing team of regional marketers (US, UK, EU), copywriters, and designers. You will be the go-to person for all things relating to operational marketing at AdaCore.

The missions: 

  • Work with the Marketing Director, Regional Marketing Managers, Product Managers, and Account Managers to map out the tasks required to implement AdaCore corporate marketing vision.
  • Lead the marketing team to focus their efforts and help with prioritization.
  • Create and evolve yearly marketing plans that align and focus the marketing efforts and various stakeholders.
  • Create, own and manage the marketing campaign roadmap that allows the team to understand priorities and ensure activities and content gets completed in a timely manner.
  • Lead the implementation of specialised projects including revenue generation through marketing, prospect nurturing and marketing automation, data-driven marketing decision making, and marketing GDPR compliance.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure Salesforce is fully set up for marketing needs.
  • Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, spending, and other financial considerations.
  • Help to identify revenue growth opportunities through demand/lead generation tactics, and marketing nurturing programmes within our established and emerging markets.
  • Support regional marketers developing account-based marketing strategies and regional development plans for their regions.
  • Work with stakeholders to create yearly KPIs to ensure the marketing strategy is working.
  • Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and market trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational, prioritisation, decision making, analytical, and project management skills
  • 5-8 years successful track record in marketing roles including team leadership 
  • Experience in building and managing annual marketing projects roadmap 
  • Ability to plan and manage budgets
  • Experience with ABM, product marketing, digital marketing (SEO, social media, and PPC), and content marketing
  • Knowledge of marketing KPIs and tracking systems
  • Expertise in marketing tools and Salesforce
  • Experience working in a B2B software company
  • Interested in working in B2B industrial contexts: Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, ... 
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working in a cross-cultural environment is a big plus
  • Fluent English (the official language of the company)
