Your role in the company

As our Global Customer Success Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for the customer satisfaction of your own client portfolio. This entails:

  • Implement solutions for the customer by coordinating projects and setting up the system to fit the customer needs 
  • Dialogue with customer stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, as well as how to maximize their gains 
  • Use the CSM department tools in compliance with the department's Standard operation procedures for proper maintenance of all relevant activities across your own customer portfolio 
  • Making sure our system runs optimally for the customer 
  • Conduct training sessions, both online and onsite, for new and existing customers 
  • Coordinating projects on all size of customer cases  


Your profile

You have experience managing several projects at once and communicating with stakeholders at different levels of the organization. You associate delivering high customer satisfaction across many customer projects as something positive. We provide complex solutions in a streamlined and intuitive format; therefore, you possess the technical savviness and are both specific and curious in your communication to meet the customer’s needs.


You are diligent in your work but can be flexible when short deadlines need to be met. In hectic situations you can remain calm and focused. Furthermore:

  • You are highly proficient in writing and speaking Dutch, German and English
  • You have experience with IT-systems


Project management experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
