Your role in the company
As our Global Customer Success Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for the customer satisfaction of your own client portfolio. This entails:
You have experience managing several projects at once and communicating with stakeholders at different levels of the organization. You associate delivering high customer satisfaction across many customer projects as something positive. We provide complex solutions in a streamlined and intuitive format; therefore, you possess the technical savviness and are both specific and curious in your communication to meet the customer’s needs.
You are diligent in your work but can be flexible when short deadlines need to be met. In hectic situations you can remain calm and focused. Furthermore:
