You will hold a key position within the company, ensuring successful implementation of our largest customers. Your role in the Company
You will be our project manager for the adaption and successful implementation of our larger customer accounts, internally called enterprise accounts. You will drive the whole implementation process from initial dialog with the customer, through the gathering of data and coordination of tasks, all the way to the end when the product is fully implemented. You will manage larger projects across all our markets in Europe with a duration from 3 months to 1,5 years. These you will manage by creating the strategy for the implementation of the system, ensuring that you help the costumer according to the project plan.
Your responsibilities will be:
Plan, execute and evaluate on implementations for enterprise accounts
Map risks, challenges, and possibilities at all implementation stages
Ensure that customer requirements are well analyzed and clearly communicated to our product team or other internal stakeholder when relevant
You will communicate and work on multiple levels and areas within SameSystem, ensuring you find the right resources internally to solve a costumers’ request.
As a project manager for our Enterprise accounts, you will work independently for which reason you need to be able to manage several projects at once, always keeping track of the progress and structuring accordantly. Therefore, it is important that you have minimum 3 years’ experience from a similar role and that you possess the following:
Experience with stakeholder management at all levels of the organization; from associate to CEO
Experience with management of larger Software as a Service projects
Experience working with larger costumer accounts at all stages of the customer journey
You have a professional and structured approach and take responsibility. As a person you are outgoing and you master stakeholder management at all levels in the organization. You keep cool under pressure, knowing that you have a well-organized project plan. If you thrive being the initiator who also likes being operational, then you will be a perfect match for this role.
