Hello ๐ I am Puneet, Co-Founder and CPO of Kayzen, and I am now looking for a Data Analyst who will be reporting directly to me and working very closely with our DA Team (e.g. Mauricio, Cagatay) in our Data Analytic topics ๐

In short, Kayzen is a B2B SaaS platform that allows companies to reach users with video and rich media ads while they use mobile apps.

What this DA role is NOT about
- This is NOT a typical BI role, in which you are just expected to receive requirements and build dashboards.
- This is NOT a campaign management role, where you are only responsible for operational campaign optimization.
So what this DA role is actually about
- At Kayzen, the Data Analyst role is investigative. We love curious people being capable to ask smart questions and to figure them out.
- You will be part of the bigger Data Team consisting of Data Analysts, Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers.
- Your primary focus will be on building analytics and product features on top of ~10 TB of data that we store every single day across various data centres.
- You will be in an important role in deriving valuable insights to both our business teams and customers, by applying state-of-the-art descriptive, prescriptive and predictive analytics.
Can you ask and answer the right questionsโฆโฆ?
- By collaborating with members from various teams within and outside of the Data Team (e.g. Customer Success, Engineering, Product Management)
- By understanding the complex Programmatic Advertising ecosystem
- By analyzing several Terabytes of structured data generated per day and identifying patterns to derive business recommendations
- By working across a variety of problems, including model feature engineering, AB testing, fraud detection, ad optimization, budget allocation, etc
- By exploring new data sources and enhancing Kayzenโs algorithmic and human capabilities
- By presenting and defending your findings to a wide variety of audiences within the company
Have you been using such tech stacks?
- SQL (advanced)
- Python (intermediate)
- Business Intelligence tools: e.g. Redash, Metabase, Tableau, Looker, etc
- (Big Plus) - Big Data technologies: Spark, HDFS, Hive, etc
- (Big Plus) - Git and Airflow
