Your role in the Company

We are looking for a passionate customer supporter to handle the daily support activities in Denmark together with the rest of the strong support team. 

You are an outgoing person who possess great people- and communication skills. Delivering high customer satisfaction motivates you. We provide complex solutions in a streamlined and intuitive format; therefore, you possess technical savviness and are both specific and curious in your communication to meet the clients’ needs. 

You are diligent in everything you do, but also appreciate that things can move fast, and sometimes you must meet short deadlines. Flexibility is a natural part of your DNA, and you can stay calm and collected in hectic situations.

 

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Providing excellent day to day support
  • Responsible for each of the inbound support cases, from first customer contact to solved case   
  • Making sure our system runs optimally for the customer
  • Occasionally helping Customer Success Managers with implementation related tasks
  • The opportunity to do internally training courses
  • Occasionally ad hoc tasks related to system translation and system guides

 

Mandatory qualifications:

  • You have impeccable skills in written and oral Danish and English
  • You have a flair for IT
  • You have experience providing Customer support

 

Preferred qualifications:  

  • You have experience with payroll and/or HR administration tasks

 

Office and office hours

You will be working at our office situated in Værløse, Ballerupvej 62. Great office facilities in beautiful surroundings. Catering service with the possibility to eat at outdoor areas. Your office hours will be scheduled between 08.00 till 18.00.
