As our new co-worker, you take ownership of our market activities in Sweden. You consider it to be your finest task to make sure we maintain our high level of customer care and relations.
SameSystem is the complete retail workforce solution for top retailers such as Normal, Søstrene Grene, Bestseller and more than 500 other local and international companies.
We provide intelligent tools for scheduling, time registration, budgeting and human resource management, specifically tailored for the retail industry.
From our office in Værløse, you ensure a staunch relation with all your clients regarding the challenges they may have. You provide advice, support and you plan together with the client the right set-up for them.
Doing so, you collaborate closely with our developers and product managers, providing them with the correct information and making sure they solve the system challenges to the client’s satisfaction. This means that you are in continuous contact with your clients – ensuring they are well-informed and pleased during the entire process.
And as you always seek to attract new clients and provide our existing ones with the best solutions and guidance, you research market needs to find new ways to use and develop our product.

Taking on this exciting role, you can expect up to 10 travel days per year, primarily within Sweden.

There are several ways to qualify for this position:
You may have experience working within retail operations and knowledge about the Swedish labour market legislation – and now, you are ready to bring your skill set into action working with workforce management.
Or, you have a background working with related solutions, e.g. salary systems and SAP, thus being able to understand HR procedures within retail workforce management.
Alternately, you are currently working in a technical position within software but have an interest in retail and customer care and want to course in this direction.
You are as thorough as you are dedicated and curious, just like you have a keen eye for quality and structure since you like to go in depth with your tasks and evolve the product.
Finally, you are fluent in both Swedish and English.
