Replace boring sales scripts with quality calls 

As our Sales Talent you lead your market by doing follow-ups on Sales leads, being responsible for the initial contact to small and medium sized companies within the retail- and hospitality industry.  

You personalize every call, informing future clients about the benefits of using SameSystem, planning each call for optimal value for the client; making it crucial that you know the client before contacting them. In this way creating quality calls and new business opportunities.  

 Your tasks will include: 

  • Research on market, competitors and leads 

  • Generating and working the leads, booking meetings for the Sales Manager 

  • Create and execute touchpoint strategies 

  • Networking 

 

As you continue to develop, becoming more confident about the product and sales techniques, you will start to participate in sales meetings with the Sales Manager. In this way you will develop yourself and career by learning from the best – and becoming the best. 

 

What are we looking for? 

You are a team player by heart, learning from you colleagues’ and sharing in their successes. You think “out of the” box and have fun with implementing your own ideas and, if successful, teach your colleagues internationally what works for you, so they can profit from your success. You are high on energy, always working towards the next lead and using your outgoing personality to create a fun atmosphere everywhere you go. 

Your core competencies includes: 

  • Sales experience, preferably within Software-as-a-Service or retail 

  • A competitive and ambitious mindset that makes you reach your targets every month 

  • Fluent in Spanish and preferably in English 

  • Preferably minimum 1 year of experience from a similar role 

  • A “JUST DO IT”-attitude
