Business Analyst/Controller for role as a Subject Matter Expert

Your role in the Company  

By combining your knowledge of the industry and the product, you become the expert on the given subject matter – an area of the product. As a Subject Matter Expert, you understand the way the product works and why it works that way. Together with the Product Owner and UX designers you go from forming the initial ideas, to co-create the concepts with the customers, and finally executing the implementation with the developers – driving product transformation using a data driven approach. Your responsibilities include: 


  • Drive product transformation using a data driven approach  

  • Answer product questions that come from within the organisation  

  • Test and validate user journeys – ensure not only that it works, but also that it meets the business needs of the users 

  • Assist with troubleshooting and incident handling 

  • Conducting risk assessment and create acceptance criteria 


You will be part of a Subject Matter Expert Chapter with focus on improving your own craftmanship, as well as that of your peers. We have a dedicated Chapter Lead with focus on Subject/Industry knowledge assisting and empowering you as Subject Matter Expert.  


We are looking for new Subject Matter Experts for these two areas: Schedule & Planning, Forecasting & Business Intelligence. 


Your Profile 

As a Subject Matter Expert, you possess a blend of business knowledge and technical savviness and be able to use to details in building a coherent whole. You are diligent and root your opinions in a solid understanding of the given subject matter – you take the time to research and like to solve problems with a structured approach. You are a driven and open-minded person with a desire to understand our go-to-market, the retail and food-service industries, making you able to identify and predict what our customers really need. We expect the following of you: 


  • You are highly proficient in writing and speaking English 

  • You have a flair for IT software 

  • You can comprehend and break-down complexity 


For the role within Schedule & Planning we imagine 

  • Experience/understanding of manual testing 

  • Able to communicate on all levels of the organization  

  • You have had a role as a manual tester, business analyst or similar 


For the role within Forecasting & Business Intelligence we imagine 

  • Experience with data analytics / reporting / controlling 

  • You have had a role as Regional Manager, Controller or similar 

  • You have experience from the retail or food-service industry

Office and work hours  

We trust you, so you are free to work remotely and manage your own work hours. However, we like to work together, so we hope to see you at our office. This position is available from our office in Denmark or Lithuania.  

Denmark: The office is located at Rentemestervej 2a, 2400 Kbh NV. 

Lithuania: The office is located in Park Town at Lvovo g. 105A, Vilnius.
