Job description:

AdaCore is seeking a talented and highly-motivated Account Manager. As an Account Manager you will utilize your sales skills to grow our existing customer base and to develop new ones. Working as part of a team, you will collaborate with marketing, sales administration, technical account managers and product managers to foster AdaCore's overall growth strategy.


The Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • cultivating and expanding existing business and client relationships,

  • ensuring a high retention rate amongst our existing customers,

  • handling incoming leads from pricing requests and marketing activities,

  • growing existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling opportunities,

  • establishing new business relationships,

  • contributing to team revenue objectives,

  • collaborating with the marketing, sales administration, technical account managers and product managers.



  • 3 - 5 years of BtoB sales experience, preferably with a tech company
  • experience and working knowledge of Salesforce
  • fluent English essentiel, Spanish/Italian a bonus
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
  • ability to travel and visit EU/UK military customers on site
