IC gathers all the fields of a commercial activity through sales, marketing, presales, after sales service and sales administration.
The Voice Business Unit within marketing department is an essential contributor to reaching the revenue and voice margin objectives of IC (handling more than 30 Billion minutes in 2020).

As a Voice Trading Manager, you will oversee the elaboration of the strategy of countries (destination management) and the achievement of the performance objectives. You will work daily in collaboration with the salespersons distributed all over the world (Americas, Europe, Asia, and Middle East).
I am recruiting a Voice Trading Manager who will act as a business partner with the mission to implement a strategy of development of the destinations of its portfolio and manage its revenue, margin and market share performance. Within this framework, you will advise and support the salespersons, you will intervene in the commercial negotiations and may have to take part in the international shows and/or make isolated business trips to meet customers.
Your role is to dispatch the international voice traffic to the destinations of your portfolio according to suppliers’ conditions and Orange International Carriers Voice Policy. You know the conditions, the market prices of your countries and closely follow their variations, so that you can anticipate them. You elaborate each half year a strategy to be implemented (purchase, sales and prices policy, positioning in terms of quality and numbering plan) and operate it on a daily basis : change in providers, price evolution management, volumes management and implementation of commercial routing on your countries.
As a Voice Trading Manager you will keep an eye on the contract obligations with each client through the traffic volumes monitoring and guarantee the quality of service of the calls to your countries.
