Your Role :
As reporting partner within Mutualized Analyses & Support team, you will be responsible to perform centrally analyzes and to assist the Finance community.
You will be in charge of the following:
- Perform centrally analyses and share the outcome with Finance community across Finance organization:
- Perform monthly & ad hoc analysis (ex : Assist controllers with gap analysis)
- Use reporting tools to report actuals data and budget for OBS and its entities (subsidiaris, Equant…) within the framework of the process of reporting of the group.
- Participate in the process of reprocessing of historical data and the controls on the reference data.
- Early identification of issues through proactive analyses (ex : extra support of FP&A during closing period)
- Perform impact assessment and checks within change management processes (corrections, evolutions)
- Monitor data quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders :
- First point of contact for Finance users around reporting:
- Support OBS users, in the entries, the reporting and the understanding of the information resulting from systems.
- Day to day Communication with users for budget or actuals (ex: question/answers, releases/data availability, update plazza)
- Organize and co-animate support calls with stakeholders to explain impact of changes, non-allocated costs, actions to be taken, improvements to be implemented
- Contribute to users training on reporting tools and processes so that they are autonomous in their analyses and presentations of reporting / budget.
- Support central controlling so that timetables reporting / budget are defined and respected.
- Collaborate closely with business experts:
- Support of business experts with evolution process: conception preparation, impact assessments, test of implementation…
- Collaborate with solution experts:
- Alignment on Run activites
- Change management process collaboration
- Support Finance Transformation & Innovation :
- Participate to Transformation & Innovation Finance projects and initiatives
- Enforce the processes defined with stakeholders
- Improve the timeliness, relevance and accuracy of reporting
- Support Transformation & Innovation team to guarantee continuity of service
Your Profile :
- Education
- Master degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent is expected
- Experience
- At least 6 years of work experience in financial roles (controlling, analyst)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with EPM solutions, ERP is expected and PowerBI is an advantage
- Soft skills :
- Sense of the result, the rigor and the reliability
- Strong analytical and communication skills with demonstrated flexibility, creativity and curiosity
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Good team player, with ability to act as individual practitioner
- Able to operate with a good level of autonomy, in an international and multicultural environment, with remote and geographically distributed teams.
- Languages :
- Fluent professional in English, French is considered as an advantage
