Your role in the Company

You will be part of a 50-man Product Tribe and be Product Owner of your own squad. We adhere to an agile mindset and we go far to empower you and your team – advocating you to work autonomously and take chances, turning failures into opportunities.

We are Great Explorers United, and these three words represent our values in the product team: be great and always strive to improve your craftmanship; always challenge the status quo and explore better ways; be united and always help each other.

As a Product Owner you work strategically, tactically, and operationally. This means that you will be involved in the entire production chain – from the initial idea, where you co-create with customers, to the final execution. We work with OKRs, allowing you to interpret the overall vision of our product into concrete actions for your squad and within your product domain.

It is paramount that you are confident in guiding your team, making sure each of your squad members reach their maximum potential. With a customer-centric and outside-in approach, you are able to identify business opportunities and seize these with the rest of your top-class squad members.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Build the product roadmap with the Product Team.
  • Create requirement specifications for development projects.
  • Keep track of your squad team and assist them when necessary.
  • Take lead on new development projects.
  • Research the newest technology, trends, and market-specific rules in retail and hospitality.

You are diligent in everything you do, but also appreciate that things can move fast, and sometimes you have to meet short deadlines. Flexibility is a natural part of your DNA, and you are able to stay calm and collected in hectic situations.

With a flair for project management, you are able to bring new initiatives to our internal workflow to further improve it.
