Context

With our new HRIS (Rippling) launching in January 2027, we are seeking HR data and social reporting intern to design, set up, and automate our key HR dashboards and reporting tools.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • HRIS Reporting Setup & Optimization:
    • Support the configuration, testing and adoption of our new HRIS analytics modules.
    • Help structure HR data and define consistent reporting and KPIs.
    • Build standardized reporting templates and automate data extraction workflows.
    • Create and maintain documentation linked to the above reporting, dashboards, workflows etc

       

  • Dashboard Design & Data Tracking:
    • Inclusion & Diversity (I&D): Build and maintain the I&D dashboard (tenure, representation metrics, headcounts evolution, gender balance etc).
    • Social Reporting: contribute to the preparation and maintenance of mandatory French social reporting, including BDESE, as well as regular HR reporting and dashboards 
    • HR Analytics: Track HR indicators (turnover, absenteeism, headcount evolution, compensation data).

       

  • Data Governance & Documentation:
    • Audit and ensure data integrity across the HRIS.
    • Draft user guides and documentation for internal reporting processes.
    • Support the HR team in developing a data-driven approach to people management 

       

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree (M1/M2) in HR, Business Analytics, Data Management, or Business Administration.
  • Skills:
    • Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, complex formulas) 
    • Knowledge of one HRIS platform is a plus.
    • Strong affinity for numbers, data analysis, and systems.
    • English proficiency
    • High attention to detail, strong analytical mindset and discretion with confidential HR data
    • Good communication skills and the ability to explain data and reporting concepts clearly 
    • Team spirit and strong collaboration within the HR team and beyond (legal, finance, I&D work group etc)

During 2027 - 6 months - Paris office
