You will integrate the Commercial Operations team within Distribution, Commercialisation and Performance within IC.

About the role

Under the responsibility of the Head of Commercial Operations, you will join the Commercial Operations team .

As part of International Carriers' Transformation Strategy, several projects have been launched, aiming at simplifying, accelerating, digitalizing, and streamlining our processes to improve our commercial performance.

Your role will be to contribute to digital/process transformation, automation, and data management projects to support our Management in its transformation.

You will mainly focus on 3 strategic Commercial Excellence projects:

Co-Lead Opportunity to Order to Bill (OTO-OTB) project closely to ensure the good implementation of a Pricing and quoting tool integrated with our CRM, our contract lifecycle tool and delivery.

Improve our ambitions on APIs for our tools especially for all process that require multiple manual entries between different tools.

OSCAR our data referential project aiming at improving the view of our ecosystem (customers, suppliers, groups etc...).   

This role provides an opportunity to challenge and improve our current methods and enable us to produce the maximum value for clients. Impact is key for the success of this team. You need to be curious and support other people’s curiosity, have the courage to challenge the status quo, and the ability to develop and champion solutions that go beyond the constraints that currently exist.

About you

  • Master degree/engineer level in economics/business or telecoms
  • Must have prior experience in telecom industry, with special interest for the wholesale market
  • Reasonable IT Telecom knowledge
  • Project management experience and supporting qualifications
  • Strong understanding and skills in business analytics and with experience of reporting and presenting at management level
  • Must be highly competent with Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint
  • Previous experience with one or several tools from the following list is highly valued: CRM (Microsoft dynamics), CLM Legisway, Dataiku, Semarchy, Jira, Confluence, CPQ (Apttus/Conga) 
  • Highly analytical with a keen eye for spotting patterns and oddities
  • An excellent communicator in verbal and written English, French in addition would be a distinct advantage
  • A fast-learner and be able to pick up new skills quickly
  • A team player, able to work in a multi-lingual and multi-cultural environment
  • Autonomous, rigorous and thorough with an aptitude for problem-solving
  • Able to demonstrate advanced reporting and presentation skills to management
