About the role

Your main mission will be to provide technical and commercial support to the sales force on high visibility, complex and tailor-made business opportunities for the whole range of Data or Mobile products: IP Transit, submarine or terrestrial transmission, roaming, signaling, etc. You will work closely with the sales team (Account Managers and pre-sales technical engineers), management control, product marketing, legal and/or technical experts. 

Main activities :

  • As a true pivot between the sales force and the product managers, your main activities will be the following 
  • Qualify the customers' needs with the sales representative and the pre-sales engineer,
  • Be a force of proposal on the technical architecture solutions,  
  • Manage the implementation of customized offers with the marketing, technical, financial and legal teams, 
  • Ensure the financial set up of the commercial offer by elaborating the Business Case, checking the adequacy with the costs and the market prices, guaranteeing the associated margins, 
  • Accompany the sales force in the presentation of commercial proposals to customers, 
  • Ensure the training of sales teams on products and services.

Main challenges : 

  • Working with different actors in a complex and multicultural context
  • Develop financial packages for commercial offers of several million euros 
  • Taking into account marketing, commercial, technical, legal and financial objectives and constraints

About you

  • You have experience working with sales and marketing teams
  • You have a good knowledge of the telecommunications sector (transmission, IP, security, mobile, signaling, etc.)
  • You are able to manage projects and meet ambitious deadlines.
  • You are fluent in English (oral and written).
