Your role in the company:

Strategy planning, sales and execution equal market growth:

As our new Business Development Representative for The Benelux, you get an international role where you collaborate closely with your colleagues in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Spain, Lithuania, Egypt, France, and the UK. To fully understand our products and how we focus on quality to ensure innovation, you will participate in our 4-week ‘Navy Seal’ product training program in Copenhagen, Denmark. We put our trust in you and your overall strategy, e.g. by letting you build your own go-to-market and business plans for the Benelux in cooperation with the Sales Manager.


You lead your market, write sales proposals and inspire new business:

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for sales activities in the Benelux. Here, you work hands-on with numerous small and large scaled sales cases. You involve your colleagues and Sales Manager in the whole process and inspire engaging sales presentations.


Furthermore, you:

  • are in close cooperation with our Sales Manager – and before you execute on your many great ideas, you will spare with him to ensure quality. 
  • organizing research, leads, total account list, sales visits, establishing new business, maintaining accurate record, attending global trade exhibitions, conferences and develop your sales career to our next sales executive.
  • can expect 5-10 travel days per year around the world, where you visit our offices and meet with clients.


Your qualifications:

  • 1+ year of successful experience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling/email campaigns
  • You have relevant sales experience – preferably from a start-up and/or software company or the retail business.
  • You have no room for complacency and are dedicated to generating market growth.
  • You can navigate between different stakeholders and clients.
  • You are patient and understanding when you collaborate with various stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence. You are fluent in Dutch and English, French would be considered a plus.
  • You are competitive and want to be the best at what you do.
  • You are great at pitching products and like doing canvas.
  • Experience with CRM applications like SalesForce
  • You live in the Netherlands

Office and office hours

You will be working at our office situated in The Netherlands (Harderwijk). Great facilities and beautiful office facilities. We work from the office as a basis, as we value the direct teamwork and sparring with our colleagues, however, flexibility is expected both ways.
